The role is for an experienced Foreman / Site Manager to become part of an existing and accomplished team. You will be initially working on a $10 retail project in Dubbo with an opportunity to work on an array of work in Sydney once the project is complete.
- Ensuring the project is delivered on program to the high level of quality required
- Sub contractor coordination and management
- Program preparation and management
- Logistics management
- Liaison with external stakeholders
- OH&S and QA responsibility
- Working with the project manager and external consultants to ensure a suitable design and delivery of that design
From here you will be given the opportunity to rapidly progress through the company via involvement on similar projects but with increasing levels of responsibility, input Site Management.
The successful applicant
For this position you must have experience in Site Management, ideally on retail, government and commercial projects. You must have proven that you are capable of managing construction site teams on projects from inception through to final completion and handover. The successful applicant will have excellent time management skills, organisation and planning skills.
