You€™re an allied health professional seeking to use your highly developed communication skills to engage and refer eligible people to the support services they require in our Job Capacity Assessment (JCA) program.

You€™ll play a vital in Employment Services and be responsible to assess and identify barriers to employment (disability, medical, social and psychological) and recommend any suitable interventions, programs, payments or services to help clients overcome their challenges.

To be successful in this role you will require:

• A university qualification in one of the following fields €“ Psychology (minimum 4 year degree), Physiotherapy, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Exercise Physiology, Speech Pathology, Rehabilitation Counselling.
• Registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant professional board or association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
• An ability to work efficiently independently, as well as part of a team.
